Returns Policy
In order to initiate a return of any product, the Purchaser must submit a written request to HC Distribution via email or fax for a return authorization (“RA”) for product returns to HC Distribution due to overage (quantity shipped exceeds quantity ordered), damage or receipt of incorrect product.
Requests for an RA must be received by HC Distribution no later than ninety (90) days following receipt of the product. If return authorization is not provided to Purchaser in writing via e-mail or fax within five (5) business days, a second request will be made via e-mail or fax. No return shall be processed by HC Distribution without an RA.

The protection of the privacy of the authorized users of this website is important to us. This policy seeks to describe our objectives regarding the privacy you should expect while visiting our site. Any concerns you may have regarding your online privacy in connection with your visit to our site should be brought to our attention.

We may use information you provide to us to provide the services and customer support you request, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and generally assist us in operating our business to continue to provide premium products and services to consumers.
If you submit an inquiry or comments, the personally identifiable information you provide us may be used to provide you with a response or to otherwise contact you.
We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links (including paid listings and links), processing payments, investigating fraud, collection of billings, and providing customer service. Individuals who perform these services have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, and they may use and disclose the information in accordance with their privacy policies which they may revise from time to time.
We may disclose information in response to legal requirements, such as properly served law enforcement demands, court orders, subpoenas and the like.

Returns Policy 

In order to initiate the return of any product, the Purchaser must submit a request in writing to Desjoyaux Pools’ support email for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).  Please include “RMA” in the subject line of the email.  A customer may only return products to Desjoyaux Pools for a full refund due to overage (quantity shipped exceeds quantity ordered), damage, receipt of incorrect product, or warranty inspection.  Products returned due to an error by the customer in the ordering process will be charged a $45 processing and restocking fee.  

Any product returned without a RMA# will become property of Desjoyaux Pools upon receipt. 


Warranty & Repair 

The procedure for warranty & repair claims are as follows:

  1. The customer will request a RMA# from Desjoyaux Pools’ support email.
  2. Upon receipt of the RMA#, the customer will ship the product at their expense to Desjoyaux Pools Service Center.
  3. Desjoyaux Technicians and the Support Team will determine the validity of the warranty if applicable.
  4. Desjoyaux Technicians will determine if the product can be repaired.
  5. The customer will be contacted to discuss the next steps based on the outcome of the Desjoyaux Technicians’ test results.  One of the following scenarios will occur:
  • Warranty is VALID and the product CAN be repaired.
    • The product is repaired at no cost to the customer.
    • The customer is responsible for shipping charges.
  • Warranty is VALID and the product CANNOT be repaired.
    • The customer will be provided with a promotional code for the webstore.
    • The customer will purchase the product from the webstore at no cost.
    • The customer is responsible for shipping charges.
  • Warranty is VOID and the product CAN be repaired.
    • The customer is given the choice of ordering a new product from the webstore or paying the repair costs for their old product.
    • The customer is responsible for shipping charges.
  • Warranty is VOID and the product CANNOT be repaired.
    • The customer will be told to purchase the product from the webstore at the current price.
    • The customer is responsible for shipping charges.

If the customer requires a replacement product during the warranty & repair process, they must purchase it through the webstore at their own cost.  The following reimbursement options are available:

  • Warranty is VALID, the product CAN be repaired, and the customer wants ONLY the repaired product.
    • The repaired product is shipped to the customer.
    • The customer returns the product purchased through the webstore.
    • A credit is given for the price paid by the customer.
    • The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
  • Warranty is VALID, the product CAN be repaired, and the customer wants the repaired AND new product.
    • The repaired product is shipped to the customer at no cost.
    • The customer keeps the product purchased through the webstore.
  • Warranty is VALID, the product CAN be repaired, and the customer wants ONLY the new product.
    • No further action is required by the customer.
  • Warranty is VALID and the product CANNOT be repaired.
    • A credit is given for the price paid by the customer.
  • Warranty is VOID
    • No further action is required by the customer.
